Hall Rental Information for Foreign Organizers
At our live house, we accept inquiries regarding hall rentals from foreign organizers. To ensure smooth communication, safety, and a positive relationship with the local community, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following guidelines. These conditions are based on past experiences.
[Rental Conditions]
1. The organizer or at least one accompanying staff member must have passed the JLPT N1 (or possess equivalent Japanese proficiency).
→ Please submit a copy of the certificate.
※ If no such person is available, the organizer must arrange for an interpreter and security staff.
If interpreter and security staff are not arranged, hall rental cannot be accepted due to the need for safety and to prevent potential issues.
However, if arranging these staff is difficult or if requested, we can arrange specialized staff for you.
In this case, an additional handling fee of ¥50,000 will be added to the rental fee.
2 The organizer must fully understand the terms of the rental agreement and venue rules, including penalty clauses.
3 All parties involved, including staff and performers, must be able to comply with the venue rules.
→ In the event of neighborhood complaints or police involvement, a penalty may be charged, and related costs may be deducted from the ¥100,000 deposit collected in advance.
→ If no issues arise, the full deposit will be refunded.
[Request for Understanding]
These policies are not based on nationality, ethnicity, or cultural background, but have been implemented based on past real incidents to ensure smooth communication and mutual safety. The goal is to protect all parties involved—organizers, attendees, staff, and local residents—and to provide a positive and secure event experience for everyone.
